One queue for every eligibility and authorization item on the Fellbrook program referrals, each with a named owner, the evidence it waits on and the appointment it protects, so the 12 items due within seven days and the four that had no owner are worked first. Prepared each morning by the regional intake lead at Alderpoint Wellness Group for the authorization reviewers and the intake team. Of 57 items, 31 are resolved and 26 are not. Issued Thursday, October 1, 2026.

What is still unresolved

The 26 unresolved items fall into six types. Plan means the item waits on a plan response, Document means it waits on a document from the person referred, Owner means it had no owner for more than 5 days, and Soon counts items tied to an appointment within 7 days. Eligibility check and Visit authorization carry the most open items, 6 each, and each has 3 due soon.

The open authorization queue

The Fellbrook queue sits on three cards: items waiting on a plan response, items waiting on a document and items that had no owner. Each card has one owner, a count, how many items are due within 7 days and a due date. Read the card that had no owner first, because nothing on it moves until a person is named.

The three cards hold 26 of the 57 items, and the same 26 are the unresolved ones: 14, 8 and 4. The other 31 items are resolved.

When the appointment is close

The donut splits the 26 unresolved items by appointment date. Twelve are tied to an appointment within the next 7 days and 14 have a later date or none. The 12 come first, whatever their age.

Ownership rules

One owner per item
Every item shows one named reviewer. An item with no owner for more than 5 days goes to the director of operations or the regional intake lead, who assigns a named reviewer at the morning review.
Nearest appointment first
Items tied to an appointment within 7 days are worked before older items. 12 items qualify today: 7 waiting on a plan response, 3 on a document and 2 that had no owner.
Plan responses
Plan responses arrive by fax to each location and are filed locally. Until they are collected centrally, the reviewer asks each location for the responses filed since the last request.
Documents
A request for a document from the person referred is sent again once it is 5 days old. Staff check that the document is present and complete, not what it says.
Who decides
Authorized staff decide each item and record the evidence and the date beside it. Any plan rule is read and applied by the reviewer, never assumed.
Eligibility file
Fiona MacAllister, benefits manager at Fellbrook Community Credit Union, sends the program eligibility file on the first business day of each month: Oct 1, then Nov 2.
Program boundary
Administration only. Clinical matters stay with the treating professionals.
